Order Information.
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours once payment is recieved. We will e-mail you within 2 hours of order placement if any items are out of stock or there are any unforseen delays. All items on this website are new unless stated, some items may be unsealed but are still guaranteed new products. If any items are stated used, these items will be fully complete with instructions, fully working unless otherwise stated.
Warranty's.
Most new UK / Euro games consoles carry a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated different by the original manufacture. Some imports might be 90 days, used are 60 days on all. Superguns are 90 days, Pcbs & Jamma cabs are 28 days. Most accessories carry a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated different by the manufacturor. New software carrys a 90 day warranty (misuse and/or scratched discs invalidate this warranty). Used software carries a 30 day warranty. Misuse and/or scratched discs invalidate this warranty. Handheld consoles carry a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. If any security seals on hardware is broken or tampered with all warranty's are void. Full refunds are given on faulty items ONLY. Opened or used items will not be accepted for warranty unless the items are found to be faulty and you have full proof of purchase. Any items which are over 30 days and are within their warranty period if found to be at fault will be repaired. If the item cannot be repaired we will replace the item for the same. If in the unlikely event any faults are found under 30 days we will be happy to replace, refund or credit you in full.
Returns.
Any returns need to be confirmed with us beforehand so we can issue you a returns number. Please do not send any items back to our PO box address unless you have a returns number, this is in case we can rectify the problem beforehand for you. We will always endeavour to rectify any problems you might have to the very best of our abilities. Always check compatibility before ordering software as we cannot ex change software if you order wrong versions. We list if software is NTSC or Pal format. Pre (orders) can be cancelled.
